South Padre Island Causeway Run
Today I ran in the SPI Causeway 10K Run. The race started in Port Isabel and we ran over the bridge and finished at Louie's on the bay side of the island. It was hot and humid and I felt like I was sucking wind... BAD! Thank goodness for my friend Ashley keeping me on pace because I wanted to stop so bad! We ran the race in 51 minutes and 30 seconds. Not too shabby! Jack and Rocco were waiting for me at the finish line. I love seeing my boys at the end of the race!!
